The position is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work two days remote per week. We have the flexibility of hiring this role in Buffalo - NY , Miami- FL or Greer-SC.

We have an amazing opportunity for a customer experience representative. This is a sales hunter role that focuses on recruiting cloud revenue focused channel partners to join Ingram Micro. These reseller partners may have or are interested in building a Cloud practice in the U.S. selling Microsoft, Google, and other cloud solutions but, HAVE YET TO BE aligned with Ingram Micro. We need a sales executive who thrives in hunting net new MSPs and VARs while utilizing proven selling strategies to successfully acquire their book of business and shift that business to Ingram Micro.

Your Role:

  • Lead effective sales campaigns to recruit a target list of new resellers to join Ingram Micro

  • Successfully manage all sales activities and pipeline updates in Microsoft CRM and communicate updates to business leaders as required.

  • Articulate the Ingram Micro value proposition to leaders and decision makers at reseller organizations and persuade them to shift their business to Ingram Micro

  • Achieve a comprehensive understanding of Ingram Micro’s Xvanatge technology platform and deliver presentations on the platform’s automation benefits to the reseller business.

  • Understand revenue and profit goals of our resellers and communicate how a partnership with Ingram Micro will assist in achievement of those objectives.

  • Gain knowledge of Ingram Micro’s leading technology vendors such as Microsoft and Google and be able to articulate the value of these solutions to the reseller target list.

  • Lead a virtual team of subject matter experts from a variety of internal teams to successfully navigate sales campaigns with multiple decision makers and drive those campaigns to close.

  • Host sales meetings and presentations either virtually or face to face and engage Ingram Micro executives with reseller executives.

  • Achieve all sales targets, quotas, KPIs.

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent). 5 years of work experience with a solid record of over-achievement, B2B IT sales experience preferred, not required. A strong background in customer support is ideal.

  • Knowledge of the IT industry, the cloud landscape, and distribution and Ingram Micro’s role in each preferred.

  • Proven history in successfully closing net new customers by managing sales campaigns.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and pending deadlines preferred.

  • Formal training in strategic selling and complex selling environments, is a plus.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communications skills

  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Experience in managing sales pipelines with established CRM tools.

  • Proven capabilities with sales negotiations

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time across the U.S. This is rare but you might be requested to join a convention at times.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $45,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
