The Customer Experience Associate plays a vital role in elevating the Medical Division's brand through exceptional event planning and execution. This dynamic role requires a highly organized and creative individual to deliver best-in-class customer experiences, including site visits, events, and showroom management. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics and foster strong customer relationships. This is a hybrid role located in Portage, MI.
What you will do
- Align with the Customer Engagement Manager to execute Medical’s customer site visits for all assigned events spanning our Acute Care, Emergency Care, and Sage business units.
- Coordinate the logistics for divisional customer site visits and event, which includes scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, managing budgets, arranging travel accommodations, and managing calendars.
- Execute engaging site visits and events, adhering to all compliance requirements.
- Provide onsite support for customer site visits and events as assigned.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and supporting documents.
- Manage the customer showroom, ensuring its readiness for customer visits and maintaining a professional and inviting environment.
- Manage showroom calendar.
- Prepare and conduct post-visit surveys and evaluations to track key metrics and generate reports to measure event effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a brand steward, adhering to and promoting Stryker’s brand guidelines.
- Assist in event planning, execution and facilitation, as needed, for all other Customer and Employee Engagement functions (Internal Meetings and Events, Employee Engagement, Customer Engagement)
What you need
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in event planning, customer service, or a related field
Travel Percentage: 20%
