About the Job Opportunity
Reporting to the Director Customer Onboarding - Services, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and governance for the implementations of PartsSource’s strategic customer programs and service-focused software solution projects. This role bridges technical expertise, service operations, and customer engagement, ensuring seamless integration and long-term success of our offerings in healthcare environments.
What You’ll Do
Define Implementation Scope, Schedule & Effort
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project deliverables, milestones, schedules, and effort, with a focus on service workflows and medical equipment solutions.
- Translate scope into a contractual statement of work (SOW) tailored to healthcare service requirements.
- Present SOW to customers, obtain alignment, and secure sign-off to establish clear project parameters.
- Build repeatable Service Descriptions to standardize deployment approaches for PartsSource’s service-oriented programs.
Manage Assigned Projects Flawlessly
- Own end-to-end project delivery from scoping through to closure, emphasizing healthcare service program success.
- Proactively identify risks and define mitigation plans to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Ensure every project step delivers exceptional service experiences for customers.
- Oversee multiple complex integrations and third-party service partnerships to deliver seamless solutions.
Establish Governance & Manage Stakeholders
- Drive project timelines, ensuring alignment with customer service priorities and medical equipment requirements.
- Implement governance structures that promote consistent communication and stakeholder accountability throughout project delivery.
- Regularly facilitate project status and Steering Committee meetings to align internal and external stakeholders on key milestones.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including HTM departments and service teams.
- Develop standardized templates and processes to enhance consistency and scalability across service projects.
Ensure Adoption & Benefits Realization
- Develop and execute robust change management programs to support customers in navigating organizational shifts related to medical equipment servicing.
- Validate customer adoption of service programs and confirm benefits realization prior to project closure.
- Provide a seamless handoff to ensure continuity in customer experience and long-term success of PartsSource’s service solutions.
What You'll Bring
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and manage diverse healthcare stakeholders to drive results.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional, service-focused customer experiences.
- Strong understanding of service operations and medical equipment management in healthcare settings.
Your Background
- Prior experience as a Project or Engagement Manager, with end-to-end delivery of service and enterprise software implementation projects, from scoping through to benefits realization.
- Preferred knowledge and experience in working with HTM departments, healthcare organizations, or OEM training in medical equipment servicing.
- Preferred experience managing projects with multiple integrations and third parties
- Willing and able to travel 50% of the time
- Ability to consistently provide customers with an incredible world-class experience
