Job Description:

Handling contacts via live Internet chat and other real-time Internet applications, e-mail or phone calls and performing data entry to maintain and update customer databases. 
Ensuring sales are regulatory compliant; adhering to prepared selling scripts and where a customer  is a retention risk this is appropriately manged to retain the customer..
Promoting and selling the products and services of a client company, with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction; 
Investigating and resolving any complaints
More experienced Advisors will support the Team Leader by mentoring and supporting team members to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics within the business area
