Introduction
IFL Planner responsible to secure inventory in customer fab by control movement between customer dock and lay down area complying customer safety/security regulation and lead to planning and execution of the FRU move-in for machine installation
Job Description
- Daily demand Monitor/validation/alignment with stakeholders for safe move-in&out of big and heavy materials
- Daily return arrangement for the materials that requested from system MHR, Valiation to make it ready for move-out, set return ETA to milkrun times available
- Emergency return arrangement for the materials that requested from CS/system MHR, Validation to make it ready for move-out, arrange return truck via ticketing tool
- Scheduling planned rigging that is aligned with rigger and customer and share it to the stakeholders
- Maintain material flow tracker to keep inventory accurated and valid and execute BCP follow up action in case of network issue
- Managing spaces in customer fab (Lay down area and moving path in safe) by interaction/communication with customer
- Keep inventory aging (<14days avg) and return lead time <5days on avg) and minimize non-SAP items together with the stakeholders
- Emergency rigging arrangement with validated request from CS and the availability of rigger considered all possibilities for the execution
- Rigging consolidation by executing series of rigging within same site and maximized material volume for one time of rigging
- Planning and execution of FRU move-in by preparing worklist, unloading scenario, riggers, equipment, moving path, trucks
- Collecting and return for the RTEM that are defined as R4R
- Maintain way of working and process that are aligned and agreed with the stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Logistics/SCM, Industrial Engineering
Experience
- 3~5 years of working experience in SCM planning, administrative operation.
Personal skills
- Highly motivated, pro-active, self-driven and flexible, Analytical thinking
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Full ownership for R&R to make teamwork, collaboration in a team
- Advanced MS office (Excel, PPT, Word) skills required
- Fluency in English (Speaking & writing)
