Senior Specialist, Planning Process Excellence

The Role: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced supply chain professional to join our Planning Center of Excellence team. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, have experience working in a global environment, ensure best practices, and enhance overall planning efficiency.   

What You’ll Do: 

• Have specific day to day responsibility for production planning excellence for Asia plants 

• Work closely with other Supply Chain COE team members to implement end-to-end supply chain process improvements. 

• Conduct maturity assessments and develop improvement roadmaps. 

• Implement best practices and tools for consistent and efficient production planning processes.  

• Enhance/implement KPIs to measure planning effectiveness and identify improvements. 

• Support all enhancements, implementation, and optimization of planning systems (e.g., ERP, MRP, IBP). 

• Support initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity in planning systems. 

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices adoption among superusers/planners. 

• Support projects/initiatives for our Digital Roadmap. 

• Implement a global standard playbook for production planning. 

What We Seek: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 6-8 years experience of inventory planning & control, production planning, and scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment distribution planning model 

• Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving process improvements. 

• Ability to build influence, roll out best practices, and challenge decisions as needed in a way that will benefit the organization and mitigate risk 

• Experience with working in a global environment. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Proficiency in planning software and tools.
