The CS Pricing Gatekeeper is a key member of the Pricing Team, supporting the European region by ensuring that all pricing activities, rules, and policies are properly established, authorized, and executed. This role acts as the primary gatekeeper for pricing processes and serves as the first point of contact for the sales team and data administration functions, ensuring compliance and consistency across the business.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first contact for the sales team and data center
- Execute activity-based pricing tasks and gatekeeping functions
- Manage and implement price increase activities
- Escalate and drive process improvements within the cluster
- Attend and present country-specific information at cluster sales meetings (primarily online)
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring balanced workload and timely completion of tasks
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure all pricing matters are managed using tools such as SAP WPR, eProfiterol, and Tableau
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal departments across distances
Qualifications
- Fluent professional English skills, both verbal and written (additional languages are a plus but not required)
- Passion for service delivery and a proactive, motivated approach
- Strong financial awareness and numeracy
- Advanced process understanding and process improvement capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle large data volumes methodically
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple activities and prioritize workload efficiently
- Outstanding administration, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to lead change
- Strong social skills for daily cross-departmental interaction
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
