About this role:

We’re seeking a SaaS Sales Account Executive with a “start-up” mentality who is coachable, competitive, smart, and loves to close. 

In this role, you will work closely with medical device companies and CRO’s as a trusted advisor. You will need to deeply understand their unique challenges and goals related to acquisition and implementation of electronic data capture (EDC). You will consult with customers on Greenlight Guru, and show them the value of both our eQMS and EDC software options, along with our CRO partnerships. You will be a part of an elite sales team responsible for driving Greenlight Guru's outbound revenues.

Your contributions and responsibilities: 

  • Sell EDC software to medical device companies and CRO’s.
  • Convert leads from partners into signed contracts.
  • Follow a proven sales process, build and manage your pipeline with urgency and professionalism.
  • Grow and manage your book of business with CROs and medical device companies via new business acquisition, renewals, and expansion revenue. 
  • Exceed quota by mastering our value proposition and sales process.
  • Work cross-functionally throughout the organization to ensure a best in class experience throughout the customer life cycle.
  • Participate in company-sponsored events and trade shows.
  • Obtain and maintain an in-depth understanding of the market, customers, and competition.

Your ideal qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of direct full sales cycle with a demonstrated track record of success;
  • Experience working for or selling EDC systems to CROs and/or medical device manufacturers. 
  • You have deep knowledge of how CRO’s operate in the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication, discovery, objection handling and organization skills
  • Willingness to both share and collaborate on thoughts and ideas.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in the Medical Device regulatory field is a plus.

This role will be based in Atlanta OR Boston. The base salary range for this role is $80,000- $90,000.  Actual base salary is determined by factors such as, but not limited to, experience, education, skills, and geographic location.  Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation and equity.
