We are looking for a proactive, data-driven CRM & Outbound Marketing Specialist to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, drive engagement, and enhance conversions through personalization and automation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM marketing campaigns based on user data (product behavior, participation in conversion mechanics like demo or webinar etc.)
- Manage cold outreach Email and WhatsApp campaigns
- Constantly test hypotheses on lead acquisition, lead conversion, product usage increase, self-service sales
- Ensure high deliverability and engagement rates in email and outbound initiatives
- Manage users’ events data needed for CRM/outreach in a single platform
- Use automation tools, prepare technical specifications on required processes for dev/no-code teams
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, keep the docs on all active and past campaigns and hypotheses
- Collaborate with content creation, growth and product teams in creating campaigns and aligning outreach efforts with business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM marketing or outbound lead generation within SaaS data platforms (preferably focused on small and medium-sized businesses)
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Kommo, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience with outbound channels (cold emailing/WhatsApp Business), automation and personalization
- Ability to design and execute campaigns or provide clear, structured specifications
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Solid understanding of key CRM marketing metrics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling outreach messages or create specifications on such
- Fluent English and Portuguese
