We’re looking for a CRM Designer to help shape how we connect with our customers through clear, data-driven, and visually appealing CRM communications. In this role, you’ll design and improve email templates, push notifications, in-app messages, and other CRM assets that support engagement, retention, and conversion.
As a member of the CRM team, you’ll work closely with marketers, copywriters, developers, and data analysts to create on-brand, user-friendly designs that enhance the customer experience. What you’ll be doing:
- Design CRM Assets: Create visually appealing and high-performing CRM content, including emails, push notifications and in-app messagess.
- Align Design with Strategy: Collaborate with CRM managers and marketing teams to translate campaign goals into user-friendly visuals.
- Ensure Brand Consistency: Make sure all designs follow brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and CRM best practices.
- Optimize for Performance: Design responsive templates optimized for performance across devices and email clients.
- Implement Personalization: Work with developers to include dynamic content, personalization, and interactive elements.
- Test and Improve: Conduct A/B testing and use performance data to refine designs.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, email design innovations, and CRM best practices.
What you need to succeed:
- Background: 3+ years of experience with email or CRM design in a marketing environment.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience designing responsive email templates using HTML and CSS (basic coding skills are a plus).
- CRM Understanding: Knowledge of email marketing principles, CRM strategies, and UX best practices.
- ESP Experience: Familiarity with email service providers like Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
- Balanced Approach: Ability to combine creative design with data-driven decisions.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Team Player: Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
