Freese and Nichols is seeking a CRM Data Specialist to join our Marketing team. The location is flexible across FNI offices. As a CRM Data Specialist, you will serve as a subject matter expert of Freese and Nichols’ CRM sales database in support of FNI strategic plan, initiatives, and key financial indicator measurements for sales-related metrics.
- Follow, define, document and improve processes for managing data along its lifecycle; operationalize data management and governance activities.
- Review and improve ongoing system administration, including configuration, integrations, data management, optimization, and reporting. Requires independent thinking and decision making.
- Analyze and process opportunity change form request, opportunity deletion requests, duplicate company and contact requests using independent judgment and discretion of how to complete the request.
- Supplement project and employee data that is pushed from other systems such as accounting, HRIS, and active directory while ensuring integration processes are working as expected and troubleshooting when data is not pushing into CRM correctly.
- Responsible for Contact Mailing List Administration which includes creating mailing lists, enabling/disabling mailing list from dropdown menu and making mass contact mailing list updates using the data import tool.
- Prepare and lead CRM training for different user levels (both in-person and webinars).
- Monitor CRM support mailbox and provide user support by answering questions and explaining system features
Qualifications
- 6+ years with CRM, enterprise business information systems, or working with large databases.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic team environment and demonstrate a willingness to shift easily between various responsibilities with diverse stakeholders.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) queries or data modeling in Power Query Editor
- Ability to create data visualizations in Power BI
- Education is preferred but not required and can be substituted for years of experience:
- Bachelor’s degree can be substituted for four years of experience.
- Associate’s degree can be substituted for two years of experience.
- Certification in CRM, SQL, ERP, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or other Database Administration can be substituted for one year of experience.
