We are seeking a CRM Data Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert on data enrichment, deduplication, and data quality standards within our CRM system. This role is critical in ensuring clean, reliable, and well-structured data to support business needs. The ideal candidate will leverage automation tools to maintain data integrity, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for data remediation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting and analytics.
What You Will Do:

Data Enrichment & Deduplication:

Manage data cleansing processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency within the CRM system.

Implement deduplication strategies leveraging technology.
-
Monitor and maintain data integrity by identifying stale records and initiating updates.

Automation & Data Quality Management:
-
Develop and maintain automation for data validation and quality control.
-
Establish and track KPIs for data remediation, ensuring continuous improvements.

Work with internal teams to implement best practices in CRM data management.

Reporting & Analytics:

Develop ad hoc reports and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to support business needs.

Partner with the Goodwin data team to formalize standardized reporting within our reporting framework.

Identify gaps in reporting and develop solutions to support evidence-based decision-making.

Customer Data Platform (CDP) Integration:
-
Assist in evaluating and implementing CDP technology to unify customer data across platforms.

Ensure CRM data aligns with broader data strategy and business intelligence initiatives.

Who You Are:
-
3+ years in CRM data management, data quality, or a related field.
-
Proficiency in CRM business intelligence and data automation tools such as Introhive, Ringlead, and/or Validity.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.

Strong understanding of data governance, deduplication, and enrichment best practices.

Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.

Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
