Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct performance analysis for internal and customer-based metrics and generate regular reports.
- Analyze large data sets to derive insights that contribute to business strategies.
- Provide suggestions to improve data collection, processing, and analysis processes.
- Regularly present data analyses and performance reports to the management team.
- Share information from reports and analyses to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather and analyze necessary data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in analysis and reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, preferably skilled in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, statistical analysis, and modeling.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills, result-oriented, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
