About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity here at TransUnion for a TU: UK Credentialing Administrator to join our Credentialing Team.
The primary objective of the Credentialing team is to provide high quality management of our client on-boarding process. The team manage the process of client risk review from contract request to product set up and therefore the Credentialing Administrators play a key role in the client screening and risk review. They will determine the outcome of the business application outcome for new customers and existing customer requirements aligned with relevant risk management processes.
What You'll Bring:
Day to Day you will:
- Completing Due Diligence checks for new & existing clients to a high standard
- Creation of accurate client credentials for access to TU products and services, ensuring client access matches contract details
- Consulting with key stakeholders in relation to all stages of the on-boarding process, building strong relationships with these other departments.
- Managing the client termination process
- Various ad hoc administrative tasks for both the wider Business Operations team and Sales.
- Review all KYC and regulatory checks.
- Review all client sanctions screening.
- Review client risk profile on D&B
- Provide a quality outcome on new business applications.
- Manage all requirements for existing customers wanting additional products.
- Be a continuous champion for the organization.
- Perform against annual objectives.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and customers where required to get required documents to determine business application outcomes.
- Work within quality standards as set in the department.
- Meet required SLAs as set out by the department.
Skills and experience you will have to be successful:
- Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst ensuring attention to detail.
- 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
- Effective time management skills demonstrated through ability to work under limited supervision.
- The individual must display business maturity and effective communication skills.
- Must have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software such as Salesforce.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with different departments within the business.
- Understanding of UK regulatory landscape
- Understanding of relevant operational risk requirements in UK
- Work across different systems and tools.
- Mature and professional communication skills both written and verbal.
