CREATIVE PRODUCER 

OUR ROLE 

Are you an experienced, solution-oriented professional with a passion for creative production in the luxury goods industry? We are looking for a talented Creative Producer to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be working closely with our Creative and Marketing teams to manage the production of global campaigns, photoshoots, and marketing assets for Georg Jensen’s jewellery and home categories.  

Rooted in the rich heritage of Danish design and craftsmanship, this role will help realize the new creative vision of this distinctive Danish luxury house within a dynamic international environment. This full-time role is based at our global HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will be a part of the Creative Team and report to the Senior Art Director. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT GEORG JENSEN 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the pre-production, production and post-production of creative campaigns, including photo shoots, video productions, and other marketing assets across digital, print, and in-store channels 

• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure deliverables are on track and meet  

• high-quality standards 

• Manage production budgets, negotiating with suppliers and partners to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality 

• Plan and manage local and international studio and on-location shoots, overseeing casting, location scouting, and scheduling to ensure seamless execution 

• Oversee the postproduction process, ensuring creative briefs are met, assets are delivered on time, and final deliverables uphold the brand’s high standards for excellence 

• Coordinate and nurture relationships with cross-functional teams, including art directors, photographers, stylists, and agencies 

• Liaise with international markets to ensure creative assets are relevant and adaptable across regions 

WHO YOU ARE 

You bring a proactive mindset and exceptional organizational skills to creative production, managing complex projects with precision while keeping a sharp focus on the bigger picture. Your talent for building trust and navigating relationships, whether within teams or with international creative partners, ensures seamless collaboration and standout results. Passionate about design, aesthetics, and craftsmanship, you approach every project as an opportunity to push boundaries and elevate the art of image-making alongside some of the industry’s top talents. You also have/are: 

• At least 5 years in creative production, ideally with international experience at a creative production agency or luxury brand 

• A track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in high-pressure environments 

• Experience collaborating with international talent and partner agencies, supported by an established professional network 

• A strong understanding of the creative industry, paired with curiosity and insight into emerging trends and talents 

• Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite 

• Full fluency, written & spoken, in English required. Full fluency in Danish highly preferred
