Job Responsibilities :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, producing, and executing a variety of advertising materials, including photos, videos, and short-form content, to enhance the marketing strategy for our lifestyle products. This role requires a highly skilled individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
Content Creation:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos, videos, and other multimedia content for advertising purposes
- Develop short-form video content optimized for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain a content calendar that aligns with product launches, promotional events, and campaigns
Creative Direction:
- Develop original concepts and ideas for ads that resonate with our target audience, conveying the lifestyle and brand image
- Stay current with advertising trends, particularly in lifestyle product markets, and apply relevant strategies to keep our content fresh and engaging
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team to innovate and ideate new creative angles
Project Management:
- Manage the production timeline from pre-production planning through post-production, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines
- Organize and direct including being on-set photo and video shoots, including managing props, talent, and equipment
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and models as needed to execute larger-scale projects
Quality Assurance & Analytics:
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all produced media, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
- Test, measure, and analyze content performance across channels; adjust creative strategies based on insights to optimize engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with the social media and analytics teams to assess content effectiveness and refine creative direction
Pre-Requisites :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Arts, Graphic Design, Film, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of experience in content creation, particularly for lifestyle or consumer electronic products
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or similar media editing software
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in lifestyle photography, videography, and editing
- Experience in directing small to medium-sized productions and familiarity with lighting, composition, and storytelling
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including trends on social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
