Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary FSI Leader, Solution Consulting (Asia) to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will lead our solution consulting efforts across the Asian financial services industry, driving strategic initiatives and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for our solution consulting practice in the Asian financial services sector
- Lead and mentor a team of solution consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge solutions for complex client challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives in the financial services industry
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth in the region
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership and strategic guidance
- Drive the development of best practices and methodologies for solution consulting in the financial services domain
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a subject matter expert
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on core banking and loan solution.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams in Asia
- Deep understanding of financial services industry trends, challenges, and regulatory environments in Asian markets
- Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills
- Strong business development acumen and ability to identify new opportunities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence C-level executives
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Willingness to travel within the Asia region as required
