Taboola is seeking a dynamic Country Manager for Japan to lead our growth, strengthen our reputation, and build a strong, people-centric culture in the region. This role calls for an experienced sales leader with a deep understanding of the Japanese ad-tech landscape, capable of designing and executing bold strategies while fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

We are looking for a leader who can execute quickly, operate independently, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty while fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
The Country Manager of Taboola Japan must possess a strong drive to consistently achieve double-digit annual growth, demonstrating unwavering focus on scaling the business and delivering exceptional results year after year.

- Strategic Visionary: Ability to design a comprehensive and sustainable business model tailored to Japan’s unique growth opportunities.
- Client-Focused Relationship Builder: Skilled in developing long-lasting relationships with top advertisers, publishers, and agencies, leveraging deep local market understanding.
