Corporate Solutions Project Manager Benelux

Chanel Benelux is seeking an experienced Corporate Solutions Project Manager with expertise in project management, change management, data analysis and reporting, Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Based in Amsterdam, the Corporate Solutions Project Manager within Chanel Benelux, will be responsible for overseeing and managing corporate domains IT and digital projects within the Benelux region, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure operational excellence and successful project delivery.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:

1. Project planning and management

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.

2. Data analysis and Microsoft Power Platform

• Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.
• Design and develop data models, dashboards, and reports using but not limited to Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate, Fabric).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

3. Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Integration

• Leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a platform to support and enhance business processes.
• Understand business needs and translates them into effective solution proposals.
• Develop a strong understanding of the applications landscape and analyze specific issues or business requirements as they arise.

4. Financial knowledge

• Apply knowledge of financial transactions, accounting principles, budget creation, and follow-up to support corporate projects.
• Ensure financial considerations are incorporated into project planning, implementation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and budget management.

5. Change management

• Develop strategies for user adoption and manage resistance to change.
• Provide training and ongoing support to ensure successful system and process adoption, acting as a subject matter expert.

6. Stakeholder collaboration

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders, project team members, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with Global, Regional, and Local teams to ensure information security and business continuity requirements are met for each solution

What you will bring to the team:

• Higher education background in engineering, business, finance, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in the implementation and management of IT projects in an international context, preferably in a consulting firm or a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in business process implementation.
• Strong financial knowledge, including understanding of financial transactions, accounting, budget creation, and follow-up.
• Energized by working collaboratively and driving impactful IT and digital transformation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and change management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business teams.
• Fluency in English is required; French or Dutch is a strong plus.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
