LPL Financial is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Functions Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate function roles across multiple levels of the organization—from entry-level to VP positions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic talent partner, leveraging direct sourcing strategies and consultative advisory skills to attract top talent.

**This position is based out of our Fort Mill, SC office, with an expectation to be in the office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.

  • Talent Advisory & Consultation: Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide market insights, and develop hiring strategies that align with LPL Financial’s goals.

  • Candidate & Client Experience: Ensure a seamless and high-touch recruitment experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Diversity & Inclusion: Proactively build diverse talent pipelines and implement inclusive hiring best practices.

  • Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyze key hiring metrics to optimize recruitment effectiveness and report on progress to leadership.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, supporting corporate functions across various levels.

  • Expertise in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement.

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related industry.

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday, and recruitment technologies.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong consultative approach with the ability to influence and build trust with hiring managers.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions while delivering a top-tier candidate and client experience.

Preferences:

  • Bachelors degree

  • Experience with the following tools: Workday, Beamery, HireEZ, Phenom

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
