Responsibilities :

The (Core) Digital Campaign Manager is a member of the demand programs team, reporting to the Global Demand Programs Senior Manager.

This role is responsible for developing global lead nurture campaigns to support the imaging business, focusing on the entire digital marketing funnel from contact acquisition and top-of-funnel awareness to interest and qualification.

Digital campaigns will be developed in multiple geographies and languages and are multi-channel campaigns.

Tactics may include, but are not limited to

  • Email
  • Display and retargeting advertising
  • Content syndication,
  • Direct mail
  • Paid social

The (Core) Digital Campaign Manager will be setting up and coordinating multiple tactics in parallel, either internally or through external agencies.

The role will define and execute campaign tactics from beginning to end

  • Define content needed
  • Project manage creative resources and agencies
  • Tactics execution coordination
  • Coordinate and present results

Required skills

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated proficiency in advanced campaign development
  • Ability to develop campaign plans according to a global marketing calendar, execute campaigns accurately and on time, communicate campaign plans across multiple audiences
  • Ability to craft complex, global, automated program that are triggered from firmographic data, demographic data, digital footprint activity, or lead score that advances leads through the funnel
  • Flawless end-to-end testing and execution of campaigns from asset creation to execution to post-campaign analytics

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, including written, interpersonal and presenting
  • Self-starter that thrives on independent work and has a strong internal drive to move projects from concept to completion
  • Team player who excels at building strong, functional work relationships across teams, departments, and geographies
  • Comfortability with managing multiple programs simultaneously and constantly prioritizing projects to create an effective digital journey for the intended audience
