What you will do:

The SSC Controlling team consists of 10 Controllers that take care of the Cost Controlling and Financial Business Partnering of 20 Global organizations, with a combined annual spend of approx. 0.5B$
-
You will be responsible for driving the central coordination of tasks and meetings, data analysis and continuous process improvement within the SSC Controlling team
-
You ensure the team is at all times fully informed about the upcoming tasks and their deadlines and chase people where needed
-
In parallel, you will take care of the Cost Controlling for the SSC Corporate R&D organization
-
You act as the SSC Allocation expert. You coordinate the process of yearly Allocation key updates and are the gatekeeper of Allocation changes during the year
-
You are a key BI user (BW/Spotfire/SAC/etc.)

During the month-end close and the financial Forecasting process, you coordinate tasks, analyze results, and prepare reporting
-
You drive continuous process improvement programs across the team

Drive SSC Cost Controlling process efficiency and reduce nonvalue add tasks
What you will need:

Minimum Bachelor's degree with focus on Finance & Controlling or equivalent required

Strong teamwork orientation

Conceptual and Out-of-the-Box thinker

Fast anticipation of data and information

Independent worker able to deliver according to planning

Fluent in English Speaking/Writing

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on strong Excel skills and PowerPoint), SAP business warehouse, solid SAP FI/CO knowledge
