Job Purpose:

  • Performs a variety of technical and support activities for clearly identified business projects including in-depth project data identification analysis reporting and tactical recommendations to achieve project schedule on time and within the identified project budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves as primary interface the project team for communication and scheduling of project resources and support activities.
  • Identifies and analyzes unique project systems issues and provides recommendations for resolution.
  • Compiles project status reports coordinates project schedules and manages project meetings information resources.
  • Prepares information for meetings and/or for special staff requirements through the identification of required information sources including but not limited to:analysis of project logistics budget reports past project status reports and forecasts financial reports and other statistical data reports.
  • Identifies the appropriated data and prepares analysis and updates to project management.
  • Maintains project schedules and provides calendar updates for project management staff.
  • Monitors projects budget reports to ensure audit compliance and completes expense reports for authorization of assigned project expenses obtaining required signatures and tracking until paid.
  • Responsible for all facilities and resource related issues for project staff.

  • Demonstrated effective customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated effective ; oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office suite of tools.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial contracts processes.

Work Experience:

  • Two (2) years of progressively more responsible support in a marketing customer service sales support IT or a related field of work activity.

Education and Certification(s):

  • Bachelor degree in Finance Marketing or similar technical environment or have an equivalent combination of formal education and related work experience.
