As a People Coordinator at Mrsool, you will play a critical role in managing various human resource functions, serving as a partner to department heads, and supporting our employees throughout their journey in the organization. What You Will Do💡
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (personal information, leaves, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
- Perform coordination and logistics for the company occasional events & seasonal gifts.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects.
- Support other functions within the people department as assigned.
- 0-2 years of HR experience.
- Previous Background in human resources.
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizing and time management skills.
- Bachelor's in any relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus
