Job Title: Marketing and Launch Excellence Lead
Job Summary
Marketing and Launch Excellence Lead will play a critical role in developing and ensuring execution on marketing strategies that drive successful product launches. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure that our launches are aligned with business objectives and meet customer needs. Moreover, ensure full implementation of MERA Marketing Excellence Framework across TA and Brands.( Planning/Execution/Tracking)
Responsibilities
Marketing Excellence

  • Develop, support and implement regional Launch strategies aligned with Pfizer's global vision in alignment with the country brand managers to be Localized for Egypt, Levant, and Iraq.
  • Co-Lead the design and execution of tailored marketing campaigns to meet market needs and customer demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, regulatory, and sales, to ensure alignment and impact of marketing initiatives and Launch Excellence until delivery to Market.
  • Implement Marketing Excellence Framework from planning to Execution across TA


Product Launch Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end product launch processes, from pre-launch planning to post-launch performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with global and regional teams to develop and execute comprehensive launch plans, ensuring timely execution and resource optimization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure launch success and implement improvement strategies as needed.


Operational Excellence

  • Manage Launch Excellence Framework and Governance
  • Ensure compliance with Pfizer's policies, local regulations, and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to foster innovation and high performance.


Qualifications
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field .
• 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record in managing successful product launches across diverse markets.
Skills and Competencies
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape in Egypt, Levant, and Iraq.
• Proficiency in market analysis, customer segmentation, and branding.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
