Role Overview
The Sales Excellence and Execution Manager will lead the optimization of Pfizer's sales processes, tools, across Egypt, Levant, and Iraq. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, enhancing sales force effectiveness, and ensuring the successful execution of Pfizer's commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, in-depth knowledge of sales operations, and a proven ability to drive results through innovative approaches and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution
• Develop and implement robust sales execution plans aligned with Pfizer's regional and global strategies.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure the effective deployment of sales initiatives across the region.
• Analyze market and sales performance data to identify opportunities, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor and report on key sales performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to address gaps.
Sales Force Effectiveness
• Lead the design and deployment of tools, processes, and technologies to enhance sales force productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure the adoption and effective use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other sales tools.
• Develop and execute sales training programs focused on upskilling the sales force and embedding a high-performance culture.
• Support in Designing incentive programs that align with business goals and motivate sales teams to achieve targets.
Operational Excellence
• Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of sales processes across Egypt, Levant, and Iraq.
• Ensure compliance with Pfizer policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with marketing, medical, and other cross-functional teams to align on strategies and ensure execution excellence.
• Act as a key liaison between global/regional sales operations teams and local markets to implement best practices.
• Work closely with finance and business analytics teams to provide insights on sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Pharmacy or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in sales, sales operations.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing sales processes in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Skills and Competencies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
• Expertise in CRM systems, sales technologies, and performance management tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing capabilities.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.
