NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Coordinator, Partnership Marketing based in our Daytona Beach, Florida office.
The Coordinator, Partnership Marketing leads projects and activities for the Partnership Marketing Department in support of company, department and Official Partner goals.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day relationship, engagement and management of assigned partners
- Work closely with Account Managers in the planning, fulfillment and execution of partner contracts
- Evaluate Partner activations to ensure contractual fulfillment of partner obligations (including television, social, digital, event, promotional, etc.)
- Lead research for the Partnership Marketing team; work closely with other departments on customized research as needed
- Proactively identify, review, and fulfill internal and external stakeholder logistical requests and needs for successful at-track events throughout the season
- Serve as primary point-of-contact at select events
- Manage the creative approval process for partner marketing and advertising
- Build presentations, track social media metrics, and gather data as needed
- Manage the documentation of partner data; interpret data for inclusion in reports and contract summaries
- Manage department databases
- Actively participate in the management of the department’s budget
Required skills / experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years’ experience and/or training in marketing, partnership marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Agency experience a plus
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong customer services skills
- Strong computer skills, including advance PowerPoint experience
- Ability to travel 35%, including weekends
