YOUR MISSION

- Setting the technical specifications for the designer, layout and checking the technical specifications, developing the technical specifications for the decor and design production of the advertising campaigns;

- Orders formation, work with contractors, launching production and control of each process;

- Communication with the designer and contractors (production of advertising materials, setting tasks, checking layouts, preparing for printing, organizing work with the designer and creative agencies and contractors), providing feedback on the performed work;

- Planning work according to the activity calendar and meeting appropriate deadlines;

- Collaborating with agencies to develop creative designs and production;

- Collaborating with marketing teams (retail, trade and ecom) to ensure efficiency;

- Work with samples and tests of promotional products;

- Preparation of layouts for the production of souvenirs and customization areas (technical specifications and layouts preparation);

- Adaptation of global advertising campaigns guides for retail and trade.

YOUR TALENT

- University degree in marketing/PR;

- 2 years of appropriate work experience (experience in fashion retail, advertising agencies is an advantage);

- Proficient user of PowerPoint, Excel, knowledge of Photoshop;

- English - Upper-Intermediate (part of the interview will be in English);

- Ability to establish working processes with designers, agencies and contractors;

- Knowledge of layout principles, working with guides, creative designs and production;

- Result-oriented and proactive, team-oriented approach to work;

- Strong planning and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
