For This Role
We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join the Customer Relations team. In this role, you'll help our customers from CleanMyMac Business .
The team has weekly sync-ups to synchronize, discuss new ideas and difficulties, or share experiences. For day-to-day operations and team collaboration, the team uses Slack, mail, Jira/Confluence, Zoom, etc. The team also uses Zendesk, Intercom, and other tools that help provide great service for MacPaw's users.
In this role, you will:

  • Provide generous and prompt responses to customer inquiries
  • Manage and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 complex technical cases
  • Create technical documentation and write workflow descriptions and response templates
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Analyze customer feedback and propose improvements, leveraging your strong technical background and comprehensive understanding of applications and services


Skills you'll need to bring:

  • A degree in Computer Engineering/ courses or proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Mac and iOS operating systems
  • Deep understanding of networks, MDM solutions, system administration, and configuration
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with deep technical acumen
  • Skills in active listening, facilitating effective teamwork, and problem-solving. Ability to clearly communicate own ideas and thoughts
