Avantor zoekt momenteel een gemotiveerde Coördinator Chemicaliënbeheer Laboratorium om het team in Beerse te versterken. Je komt terecht in een allround job, waarbij je directe ondersteuning biedt aan de chemie-afdeling van onze klant en verantwoordelijkheden hebt zoals het verzenden en registreren van chemicaliën, beheren van de stockroom en veel meer. Je werkt in een voltijdse functie op de site van onze farmaceutische klant in Beerse. Je ontvangt een vast contract, samen met een aantrekkelijk salaris en meerdere voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, een bonusplan, 13e maand, hospitalisatie-en groepsverzekering en gratis fruit op het werk.
 

Werkuren: Maandag - vrijdag, flexibele starttijd tussen 07:45 en 09:00 en vertrek vanaf 16:00.
 

Het team

Je komt terecht in een leuk team van twee medewerkers en werkt daarnaast ook nauw samen met de klant om gepaste ondersteuning te bieden. Deze functie maakt deel uit van ons departement Lab & Production Services, dat toonaangevende farmaceutische bedrijven en laboratoria over de hele wereld ondersteunt door hen te helpen met onderzoek en ontwikkeling.
 

Wat we zoeken

Ervaring: niet vereist, motivatie primeert!

Opleiding: Secundair onderwijs of (onafgeronde) Bachelor met focus op wetenschappen en/of Chemie is een sterke troef

Vereiste vaardigheden:

• Goede kennis van chemische structuren is essentieel
• Basisvaardigheden met MS Office
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
• Grote motivatie, leergierig en hands-on mentaliteit
• Proactief, taakgericht en in staat om zelfstandig te werken

Hoe je zal groeien en een impact zal hebben:

• Nieuwe chemicaliën bestellen en registreren in het interne voorraadsysteem en een locatie toewijzen
• Chemicaliën voorbereiden voor transport
• Chemische structuren controleren op kwaliteit
• Advies verlenen over risico-categorieën van chemische stoffen in samenwerking met de klant
• Stockroom beheren en de inventaris dagelijks updaten
• Nieuwe gebruikers toewijzen aan het interne systeem om chemicaliën te beheren
• Als eerste contactpunt optreden voor informatie over bestelde, opgeslagen en gebruikte chemicaliën
