- Medición de productividad de personal para pagos de Bonos mensuales.
- Actualizaciones y mejoras constantes para Implementaciones de proyectos (SPS).
- Análisis y Revisión de flujo de materiales en base de FIFO.
- Análisis para segregación de materiales obsoletos o sin demandas.
- Control y análisis de discrepancias internas.
- Planeación estratégica para el recibo de importaciones, proveedores locales e Internacionales.
- Cierres de mes fiscal con Finanzas.
- Estrategia y planeación para solicitud de Pull's a bodegas de acuerdo con plan de demandas.
- Colocación de ordenes en SAP en base a Deployment.
- Seguimiento de Deployment.
- Facturacion para venta final a los DC's.
- Ejecución de la operación del área de recibos, almacén y embarques.
- Administracion de personal.
- Elaboracion de documentos para aduanas en el extranjero.
- Realizar SLI, Commercial invoice, Packing Declaration, VGM documents, Packing list.
- Administración de inventario de patio.
- Seguimiento de requerimientos Ctpat/OEA.
- Inventario de locaciones de FG y Raw material.
- Segregar Residuos de acuerdo con las categorías del área de trabajo.
- Conocer los peligros y riesgos asociados a las actividades y seguir los controles operacionales definidos.
- Operar maquinaria equipo previamente capacitado.
- Participar en las capacitaciones de conciencia de ISO 14001 & 45001
