Position Overview 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee company's operations in the automotive and recreational vehicle (RV) segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these industries, with a proven ability to drive operational efficiency, implement strategic initiatives, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities 
●    Operational Leadership: Direct and manage day-to-day operations across automotive and RV divisions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision and objectives.
●    Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team, including the CEO, to develop and execute the operational strategy focused on growth, innovation, and market expansion.
●    Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
●    Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and promote accountability within teams.
●    Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and consumer preferences in the automotive and RV sectors to inform strategic decisions and product development.
●    Supply Chain and Logistics: Oversee supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing costs and efficiency.
●    Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all operations adhere to industry regulations and safety standards, particularly in vehicle manufacturing and environmental practices.
●    Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the business and ensure continuity.
●    Talent Development: Mentor and develop key operational leaders within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
●    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
●    Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, specifically within the automotive and/or RV industry, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
●    Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automotive and RV manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and market dynamics.
●    Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, drive change, and inspire a culture of excellence with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
●    Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions to improve operational performance.
●    Results-Oriented: Track record of successfully implementing operational strategies that lead to sustained business growth and profitability.
