Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Conversation Designer to craft engaging and effective conversational experiences for voice assistants. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) concepts, experience of working with Google Platform, strong designer skills. You will work closely with Solution Architects, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure seamless conversational interactions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Conversational Design and strategy that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Define use cases, conversation flows, and dialogue structures
• Ensure conversational experiences are engaging, intuitive, and impactful for end-users.
• Apply conversational writing principles to create natural, user-friendly interactions.
• Optimize virtual assistant experiences through grammar refinements, NLU model improvements, and strategic enhancements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architects, business stakeholders, and developers
• Continuously improve chatbot and voice assistant experiences by implementing data-driven enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in conversation design, chatbot development, or voice assistant design.
• Google CCAI development experience
• Experience of working with Google DialogFlow
• Strong understanding of NLU concepts, including intents, entities, and contextual understanding.
• Experience designing and building multiple conversational assistants using any toolset and program languages (any of: C++, C#, NodeJs, JS)
• Ability to create compelling, user-friendly conversational experiences.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve voice assistant performance.
• Experience working with conversational AI tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with UX research methodologies to inform design decisions.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven chatbots and voice assistants.
• Experience in designing demos and prototypes for conversational AI solutions.
• Understanding of business-side considerations and the value conversational AI brings to organizations.
