About the role: 

We are seeking a creative and technically inclined Conversational AI Designer to design and implement innovative conversational AI solutions. This role combines conversational design, programming, and prompt engineering to create engaging, user-centered interactions. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in conversational design and Gen AI models, and a passion for optimizing conversational experiences through collaboration and data-driven insights.

 

What you will do: 

  • Design and implement conversational AI solutions using conversation design, programming and prompt-engineering techniques, content preparation and adaptation. 

  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional internal stakeholders (Product Development, Engineering, Sales and Implementation teams).

  • Conduct testing and iterative refinement of prompts based on AI responses and user feedback.

  • Analyze and optimize conversational performance using data-driven insights. 

  • Establish and promote best practices in conversational AI design.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in conversational AI.

More about you: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science or related field. 

  • Proven experience in conversational design or a similar field.  

  • Familiarity with conversational AI platforms, understanding of AI models, particularly in language and image generation. 

  • Strong ability to craft compelling and contextually appropriate conversations for AI chatbots.

  • Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and user-centered design.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret conversational analytics and recommend improvements. 

  • Creativity and problem-solving skills to design innovative and effective conversational experiences. 

  • Consulting experience, especially with large and enterprise-level companies is a plus.

  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus. 

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
