As a Product Designer at Infobip, you will play a key role in shaping our in-house enterprise-level products used by thousands of businesses to reach hundreds of millions of customers worldwide. You will be involved in the end-to-end design process, working closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and cross-functional teams to create innovative, user-centered solutions that drive both exceptional user experiences and business success, while championing for users throughout the organization.

What will you do at Infobip:

  • Develop and refine user experiences and flows, distilling complex user interactions into intuitive designs that satisfy business objectives

  • Participate in user interviews, and lead discovery sessions, brainstorms, and design thinking workshops

  • Work with Product Managers to align on feature prioritization and create actionable, iterative definition of what needs to be done

  • Partner with engineering teams to understand technical limitations and craft feasible solutions that deliver on key product goals

  • Create and present design artifacts, including low-fidelity wireframes, interaction models, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows to diverse stakeholder groups and senior leadership

  • Clearly communicate your design decisions and rationale, leveraging feedback to iterate quickly and efficiently through the design process

  • Lead product discussions with a focus on critical thinking, driving alignment and influencing stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes

  • Continuously deliver user experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive adoption of our products

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our users’ challenges and goals in order to drive product decisions

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in end-to-end designing and shipping software as a part of digital product team

  • Excellent visual design skills paired with a good understanding of human-computer interaction principles

  • Skilled at balancing user needs with business objectives and technical constraints

  • Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, knowing how to adjust effort based on the impact of the task

  • Demonstrated experience in fast-paced environments, delivering iterative designs with continuous feedback

  • Strong ability to simplify complex problems into clear and user-friendly designs

  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Software Engineers, and other stakeholders

  • Strong communication skills, capable of clearly presenting and justifying design decisions

  • Growth mindset, with a focus on learning from feedback and improving continuously

  • Deep empathy for users, using their needs and challenges to guide design decisions

  • Fluent in English
