Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for processing customer orders efficiently and accurately while providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process customer orders received via phone, email, and online portals.
- Verify order details, pricing, product availability, and shipping information to ensure accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product information, pricing, and shipping details.
- Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, shipping, sales, and billing) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve the order entry process and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, order entry, or a related field.
- Proficiency in order management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar).
- Familiarity with e-commerce order processing.
- Knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes.
Work Environment:
- Remotely. Monday and Friday WFH
- Standard business hours with occasional overtime as needed.
