Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical group in troubleshooting and RCA for evaluating electrical conditions to resolve and preventively eliminate concerns and failures
- Provide justification and support project managers to execute upgrades to equipment
- Support a lean manufacturing culture with the proper use of PDCA cycles in engineering changes, and communicate well with stakeholders on status
- Participate in rotating on-call support for 24/7 operations
- Ensure company safety requirements are correctly identified and addressed in risk assessment, performance levels, and PPE selection for electrical hazards
- Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and/or Inventor software
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience as an electrical engineer within a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and PLCs
- Working knowledge of industrial automation and coordinated machinery
