Job Description
We are looking for an experienced person to lead the Controlling and Reporting team. The person in this position will be responsible for controlling and monitoring the company's financial statements, profitability and variance analysis, as well as financial planning. This role requires close collaboration with the financial director and other key departments, ensuring the correct implementation of control processes and the supervision of financial policies.
Responsibilities:
- Financial control and analysis: monitoring budget deviations, margins, profitability, and results; analysis of OPEX/CAPEX and treasury; transfer pricing; and financial control of inventories.
- Budget management and closures: preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, planning and execution of monthly closures, and supervision of cost accounting.
- Regulatory compliance and audits: supervision of financial policies and corporate accounting criteria; collaboration in external audits; and control of data protection (GDPR) and Compliance policies.
- Team leadership and development: managing the team, promoting their professional development, and maximizing their performance to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Sciences or Business Administration and Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions of responsibility, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Advanced knowledge of digital financial management tools: SAP FI, CO-PA, BI, and Hyperion.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a high capacity for analysis, presentation, and results orientation.
