Mission:
Finance Business Partners advise and support the business in areas related to future state financial performance including: Finance consulting and coaching. Providing forward looking financial insight on market conditions, competitors, and alternative business scenarios.
Responsibilities
-
Responsible for the activities in the respective process section (Division, Function, Country), team management responsibility, monitors the process & work results from the process Analysts, accountable to ensure smooth on time and efficient service delivery, drives resolution of open issue, identifies improvements in processes & team set-up.

Ensures application of global process standards and procedures; maintains appropriate internal control standards in accordance with process manual

Oversees system related process activities

Responsible for effective collaboration with Process Lead

Overall accountable for accurately and timely executed service procedures

Assigns and oversees resources and skills, monitors progress, and evaluates results of the completed tasks / projects from the Process Analysts

Accountable to ensure service delivery within agreed internal SLAs and KPIs
-
Accountable for timely resolution of issues
-
Coordination & follow up with various internal and external stakeholders
-
Supports the identification and implementation of improvements in the process area

Experience in SG&A Functions, IS allocations, back charges, Monthly reporting
Your Background:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business administration
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance with 2+
-
Experience of working in service delivery model environment
-
Robust process understanding from the content and technical (IT) perspective

Proficient MS Office skills
-
Strong in IT systems: ERP, Planning & Reporting tools and integrated solutions
-
Proficient understanding of end-to-end process, systems and data flows across organization at business and finance side
Language skills
-
Fluent in English, and local language
