Responsibilities :
JOB FUNCTION
- Aims a best in class partner / customer experience within the given Supply Chain framework
- Translates all related Country Sales Office needs from the region into Supply Chain Operations actions
- Oversees and monitors the end-to-end Supply Chain operation steps within scope
- Collaborates with Planning Ops, GBS O2D, KN ACC Ops, LCC, Data management, Country Sales Office, in order to achieve the defined goals
- Proposes process improvements
- Acts as first level escalation point for internal & external customers
- Translates the EMEA Supply Chain strategy into day-to-day operations
- Elevates issues to the right level of visibility
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties
- Keeps daily meetings (Region meeting) with all relevant stakeholders and keeps up-to-date tracker of the actions
- Takes decisions about Emergency Shipments
- Gathers all relevant inputs from all stakeholders to the EMEA Control Tower meeting
- Estimates revenue outlook for a given time frame each and every workday
- Proposes better-fit Supply Chain solutions to reduce cost or to increase efficiency across the Region
- Estimates processable unit OL for the Region
- Participates on the EMEA CT meeting and gives inputs to the CT manager with accuracy
- Gathers customer escalations and takes the necessary recovery actions
- Maintains the partner and country relationship within the Region by being the Supply Chain SPOC for the regional stakeholders
- Highlights allocation requests
- Operational co-ordination
- Drives through projects upon request
- Providing backup for the teammates when they are absent
Scope
- Finished goods, MPS HW deployment, Spare Parts
- Countries within the Region
Responsibilities
- Committing and delivering the agreed revenue for the Region
- Providing data visibility on-demand
- Delivering solutions to mitigate operational issues
- Achieving the key performance indicators of the Region
- Translating the Supply Chain strategy to Operations where applicable
The employee has the authority to perform tasks as per JD

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- University Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
2 to 5 years management experience in Customer Relationship management in an international environment
Any similar experience in Sales Administration/Order to Cash will be a plus

- German language knowledge would be a plus
