Summary:
The Contracts Manager is responsible for managing maintenance, supply chain, and leasing contracts for Boeing and Airbus aircraft fleets. This role ensures that all contractual obligations align with aviation industry regulations and company objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Contract Development: Draft and negotiate maintenance service agreements, leasing contracts, and aircraft parts procurement deals.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate contractual risks related to AOG support, depot maintenance, and global logistics.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with legal, finance, and operational teams to align contract terms with business objectives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure contracts adhere to FAA, EASA, and ITAR regulations.
• Contract Performance Management: Oversee supplier and vendor compliance with aircraft maintenance and logistics service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications & Requirements:
• 7+ years in contract management within the commercial aviation sector.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, FAA Part 121/145 regulations, and Boeing/Airbus maintenance contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, contract law, or related field.
