Aravo is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Contracts Manager to take ownership of our contract negotiation and management processes. In this critical role, you will lead complex contract negotiations, optimize legal workflows, and act as a key liaison between Legal, Sales, Compliance, and Sales Operations. Your expertise in SaaS agreements, risk mitigation, and compliance will ensure seamless deal execution while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience.

This hybrid role is based out of our Irving/Las Colinas office, offering flexibility while ensuring strong collaboration.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead and drive contract negotiations – Manage and negotiate SaaS agreements, MSAs, SLAs, NDAs, and software licensing agreements.

·       Mitigate risk & ensure compliance – Assess legal risks while ensuring adherence to global regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).

·       Be a strategic partner – Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to align contracts with business goals.

·       Enhance contract efficiency – Streamline contract processes, implement best practices, and maintain an organized, scalable contract management system.

·       Customer & stakeholder engagement – Serve as a proactive, solutions-oriented resource, ensuring smooth contract execution and positive client interactions.


What We’re Looking For:

 - 8+ years of contract management experience, with at least 5 years in-house at a technology/SaaS company.
 - Deep expertise in SaaS contracts – licensing, data privacy, security, intellectual property, and service-level agreements.
 - Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal discussions with confidence.
 - Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
 - Proficiency in contract management platforms and business tools (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, DealHub, WorkRamp a plus).
 - Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
