We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Management Analyst to join our team and support the Naval Applications and Business Services (NABS) Program. As a Contracts Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of this strategic program and contribute to the advancement of our client's mission.


**The hybrid schedule for this role requires two days per week onsite. This schedule is subject to change at client's discretion.**

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:

  • Support the Administrative Contracting Officers (ACOs) with post-award contracting actions.
  • Reviewing gap in service input forms, writing memorandums for the record (MFRs) to correct those gaps in service, drafting Demand Letters as required, and pulling weekly and monthly metrics. 
  • Additional, ad-hoc duties consist of supporting the Procurement Contracting Officers (PCOs) with pre-award contracting actions.

What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

  • Clearance: Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience, with Navy experience preferred
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and development.

What Sets You Apart:

  • 5+ years of experience in government contracting roles 
  • CFCM/CPCM/DAWIA Contracts Level II or III Certification preferred
