Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the marketing initiatives ensuring that marketing efforts align with business objectives. With the exposure to Malaysia, Indonesia, and ANZ market, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organising marketing events such as seminars and exhibitions.
- Liaise with external vendors (sourcing, follow through the creation and delivery process of marketing collaterals).
- Assist in preparing and sharing of content across different media channels such as social media, newsletter.
- Coordinate and support the development of marketing materials, such as presentations and brochures.
- Monitor marketing activities and generate marketing campaign reports periodically.
- Maintain up to date archives of all marketing files.
- Carry out other related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in marketing and communication or related role
- Good project management and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact between departments.
- Able to work independently to deliver tasks in accurate & timely manner.
- Understanding of marketing and content creation tools such as Canva, Google Form (preferred).
