    • Ressourcenplanung und Koordinierung
      • Abstimmung mit Führungskräften (Abteilungsleiter, Gruppen- und Teamleiter)
      • Koordinierung der Kollegen und Lean-Fachkräften
    • Unterstützung der Lean-Fachkräften bei Projekten
    • Implementierung des KVP-Prozesses
    • Planung und Durchführung entsprechender Workshops
    • Schulung und Implementierung von Lean-Methoden
    • Training und Ausbildung von Lean-Fachkräften
  • Verfolgen von Lean Zielen
    • Überwachung durchzuführender Maßnahmen
    • Erstellen von Berichten und Reports für Plant Management / Lean Verantwortliche der Prysmian Group, lokale Führungskräfte
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger langjähriger Berufserfahrung oder einschlägiges Studium
  • Berufs­erfahrung im Bereich Lean Management
  • Methoden­sicherheit in der Anwendung von Lean-Methoden wie 6S, Kaizen, Kanban etc.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englisch­kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität
  • Selbstständige, zielgerichtete und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches, technisches sowie wirtschaftliches Denkvermögen
