Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for continuous improvement and data analysis
- Drive and execute new initiatives
- Lead the project team to hit project goals
- Lead team to identify key issues and solutions
- Manage productivity
- Support Integrated Supply Chain site
- Work with the factory team
- Lead Projects function
- Identify risks, issues and dependencies
- Partner with other Projects Leaders and works with multiple departments
- Lead Continuous Improvement tracking projects and ideas
- Work with engineering in Kaizen Blitz, Line balances, cycle time improvements etc.
- In charge of projects for the site to work with Government initiatives
- Responsible to develop M1 productivity center (focal point for HeadQuarters)
- Coordinate activities and responsibilities of the Continuous Improvement, Training, and Development department.
- Validate the planning, execution, and training processes according to the requirements of the site's departments.
- Lead work teams in compliance with internal and legal procedures and requirements.
- Manage project budgets.
- Facilitator for technological innovation projects with government institutions (FETCI)
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- +3 years of experience in a similar role
