About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a recently graduated or bachelor/master student interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz as Continuous Improvement Intern. This role will be based in Plasmon Factory in Latina (LT). You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
Purpose of the job
During the internship you will be enrolled in both strategic and tactical projects, besides being involved in daily operational activities .
The Continuous Improvement Intern will be responsible for:
- Assist in ensuring data collection and reports of the site KPIs (such as OEE, PU, etc...);
- Participate on the site performance meetings and deploy actions taken production areas;
- Support in production performance analysis, using CI methodological and statistical tools;
- Lead projects to improve production and packaging lines through analysis of lines performance;
- Analyze industrial production processes and cycles based on Lean Methodology;
- Participate and collaborate in the International Continuous Improvement process.
Qualifications
Hard Skills

• EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included)
• Education: graduated or graduating with full marks from University in Engineering Studies.
• IT Knowledge: strong MS Office skills (great command of Excel), good knowledge of other analytic tools, basic knowledge of programming is a plus and always curious to learn more IT and Continuous Improvement tools;
• Language Knowledge: fluent in English and Italian
