What You Will Do

As a Content Writer at Moveworks, you’ll play a key role in creating high-quality, high-volume content that demonstrates how our AI is tranforming employee support. Our AI solutions are redefining how companies assist their employees, empowering them to stay productive wherever they’re working and whenever they need help. With recent advancements in AI technologies like ChatGPT and other LLMs accelerating our roadmap, your role will be crucial in scaling our communication and conveying the value of our products.

In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll drive lead generation by producing compelling content across various channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing a diverse range of content, from blog posts and guides to educational materials, aimed at informing and engaging our audience.
  • Adhering to established messaging frameworks and style guides to ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice and meets quality standards.
  • Working closely with team members across the organization to align content with our overall strategy and objectives.

In an era where AI is often misunderstood, your role will be essential in simplifying complex topics and delivering valuable insights that help our audience make informed decisions. Your expertise will ensure that our content is not only engaging but also reflective of our brand’s voice and commitment to quality.

  • Produce a wide range of content across formats to engage and inform our audience while driving lead generation.
  • Craft content from end to end, ensuring that published material is polished, copy-edited, and reflective of our brand guidelines.
  • Follow established messaging frameworks and style guides to maintain a cohesive brand voice and high-quality standards across all content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Web, and other teams to deliver content that supports integrated go-to-market campaigns and product launches.
  • Simplify and demystify AI-related concepts, providing clear and valuable information that helps our audience make informed decisions.
  • Continuously review and refine content to ensure it resonates with our target audience and accurately reflects our brand’s voice.
  • Demonstrate openness and receptiveness to constructive criticism, acknowledging areas for improvement and incorporating feedback into future strategies.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, with a focus on high-volume output, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS industries.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts and capturing audience interest.
  • Strong writing skills with a high attention to detail, ensuring consistent adherence to established deadlines and brand guidelines.
  • Proven ability to produce a large volume of content efficiently, distilling complex topics into compelling content, across various content formats, including blog posts, infographics, presentations, and video.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of seniority.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members across departments, ensuring content supports the overall content strategy.
  • Efficient and organized with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a consistent output of high-quality content.

Nice To Have

  • Previous experience working with high-tech startups or mid-sized SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with emerging content creation trends and technologies.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for web production and Asana for project management

Compensation Range: $85,000 - $100,000

*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans. 
Ultimately, in determining pay, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise, and other factors.
