Introduction:.

Lyreco, a global leader in office and workplace solutions, is seeking an experienced Group Content Marketing Strategist to enhance our global marketing initiatives. This strategic role involves developing and orchestrating content strategies and campaigns across all Lyreco markets. The ideal candidate will bring a global perspective, support countries adapt content to their local audiences, and drive cohesive and impactful marketing efforts across the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Content strategy development: Craft comprehensive global content strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience’s needs (SMB, Corporate customers) and categories (PPE, GOP, Hygiene, ...).

  • Content creation and management: Oversee the creation and management of engaging content across multiple platforms including blogs, social media, and digital campaigns.

  • Market research: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and external agencies to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.

  • Performance metrics: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven improvements.

  • SEO Best Practices: Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and reach on search engines.

  • Editorial leadership: Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely publication of high-quality content.

  • Brand storytelling: Utilize storytelling to create compelling and relatable content that resonates with audiences and amplifies brand values.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role (preferably at agency).

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies.

  • Strong understanding of content marketing metrics and SEO.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Technical skills:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing analytics tools.

  • Background in multimedia content production (video, podcasts, etc.).
