Tipalti's content team is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes B2B SaaS content creation. If you’re passionate about crafting stories that turn heads and you view content as both an art and a science, let’s talk. Finance automation may sound a bit niche, but trust us—it’s packed with opportunities to create compelling narratives that set us apart from the crowd.

As our Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll become our go-to expert for creating content that connects, educates, and inspires. Working closely with the entire marketing team, you’ll help us develop strategies and write content that drives engagement across blogs, white papers, infographics, and any other long-form content that connects with our prospects and customers. You’ll be the master of juggling deadlines, finding the perfect tone, and making sure our voice is consistent across all platforms.

We’re looking for someone who’s got the creative chops to take complex topics and turn them into digestible, engaging content—and if you’re not afraid to inject a little personality along the way, even better. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the director of content marketing and other cross-functional teams to create compelling, high-quality content that supports business goals and resonates with B2B SaaS audiences.
  • Develop content strategies that align with broader marketing objectives, maintaining consistent messaging across all platforms, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and more.
  • Write and edit engaging, clear, and results-driven content that effectively communicates complex ideas, particularly around financial systems, automation, and SaaS solutions.
  • Help manage the content calendar, delivering projects on time and juggling multiple priorities with ease.
  • Help us analyze content performance and use data-driven insights to build new content strategies that drive even greater engagement.
  • Serve as a content expert, offering strategic advice to internal teams and helping evolve our content marketing approach to meet ever-shifting market trends.
  • Participate in cross-department brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative development of new projects and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of content marketing experience, preferable within a B2B SaaS environment (experience with FinTech is a huge plus, but not required).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of content types (e.g., blog posts, white papers, case studies) and an ability to distill complex topics into accessible, engaging content.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and an understanding of how to apply them to content marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills, with proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies and improve results.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, customer service, and more.
  • A passion for storytelling and a knack for finding the right tone and voice for different audiences.
  • High attention to detail, with strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • The willingness and flexibility to adapt and thrive in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.
